The new generation of iPhone 12 has been launched, the iPhone 12 remains a highly desired choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the iOS experience.
Design
The iPhone 12 has a layer dimension of 146.7 x 71.5 x 7.4 mm and weighs 164g. The color choices are black, white, blue, green, red. New squarer design and IP68 protection. The design of the iPhone 12 is very comfortable in the hand, and the new design is slim, as evidenced by no changes at all from the iPhone 13.

Displays are noticeably better, with the iPhone 12 using Apple's Super Retina XDR OLED display instead of the iPhone 11's LCD screen. The screen technology is almost the same as the iPhone 12 Pro and the switch to an OLED screen instead of LCD may explain the change in price for this device compared to previous generations. The new screen is brighter and farther away than the iPhone 11, so we think it's a good move, even if the phone costs more.
5G network
The 2020 iPhones all come with 5Gs as standard and this is also true of the iPhone 12 - there's no 4G-only version. However, even if you have 5G coverage, chances are the iPhone will try to use 4G whenever possible to save battery life, thanks to a feature called Auto 5G. It tries to determine when you need 5G and when you don't - such as when the screen is off - and limits how and when you use it.

The iPhone 12 is below the iPhone 12 Pro model, but that doesn't mean Apple gave him a less capable processor. It accepts the A14 Bionic processor, like all other iPhone 12 models, which brings more power, more efficiency and improved performance over older iPhone models. As you'd expect, there's a smooth swiping menu and when used in games and apps load much quicker than previous iPhone models.

The iPhone 12 also supports wireless charging, and you'll need a Qi wireless charging pad or a new accessory that Apple has launched called MagSafe. This is a wireless charger surrounded by a magnetic ring that allows the charger to be attached to the back of the iPhone 12.
Wireless charging has the advantage of letting you charge your phone while using the Lightning connector for something else, like wired headphones.

The biggest difference between the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro is on the photographic side. The iPhone 12 doesn't come with a 2x telephoto lens or a LiDAR scanner to assist with the autofocus that the Pro model gets. It doesn't limit your photographic activity too much, but if you use zoom a lot, you should consider the 12 Pro instead. iPhone zoom is limited to 5x digitally.
The main camera has a 12 megapixel sensor. We think this is the right decision, because increasing the number of megapixels does not necessarily result in better images. Here, Apple has paired the sensor with an f/1.6 lens, which is a slightly larger aperture than the iPhone 11. The iPhone 12 combines the main camera with a 12-megapixel (f/2.4) ultra-wide camera, which allows for a wider angle. The 12 megapixel selfie camera sits on the front of the phone.
