Another modification to the alarm clock, namely delaying it by 60 minutes, had to be made by Sunday, November 5th. However, most Internet-connected electronic devices perform this process automatically, from smartphones to connected displays.
There are exceptions
Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands are territories where time changes do not apply. This is the same case for Hawaii and Arizona, states that have their own rules for determining schedules.
In the case of Hawaii, because of its proximity to the equator, sunrise and sunset occur at the same time, eliminating the need to apply clock-related modifications.
Will this situation occur in 2023
Senator Ed Markey, said there would be more daylight so he could be outside after school and work, permanent summer time.
